At A1 Sports Apparel LLC, our goal is to ensure every customer enjoys a positive shopping experience. If your purchase does not fully meet your expectations, please review our return guidelines below.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return within 30 days from the confirmed delivery date.

Returned merchandise must:

• Be in unused condition
• Include original packaging, labels, and accessories
• Be free from signs of wear, washing, or alteration
• Include valid proof of purchase

Returns that fail to satisfy these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

Products Excluded

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized products
• Clearance and promotional sale items
• Gift cards
• Products damaged after delivery through improper handling

Refund Process

After your returned merchandise is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming the status of your request.

Approved refunds are normally completed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.

Wrong or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Please provide:

• Order number
• Clear photographs of the item
• Photos of the shipping package
• Brief description of the issue

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is caused by our shipping error or a verified product defect.
